About Us

Our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month (September through May)  Meetings are open to the public and visitors are welcome.

After 20 years of partnership with Peter White Public Library, we were unable to meet their new requirements and therefore we are currently seeking a new location to house our extensive collection.

Dues of $20.00 are due annually by January 1st of each year.  Membership includes:  monthly programs, 3 issues of Lake Superior Roots, Membership List; 1 free newsletter query and 1 hour of free research to non-county members.   

*NOTE: If you join after July 1st, your membership begins the following January.
